FC Conducts Virtual Update Meeting with Project Staff

Addis Ababa, September 7, 2026 — Facilitator for Change (FC) successfully conducted a virtual update meeting with project staff from across its project offices on Monday, September 7, 2026.

The meeting brought together FC project teams to review progress following the bi-annual review, discuss emerging challenges and issues, and assess new developments affecting project implementation. Participants also discussed re-planning priorities in line with the current situation and upcoming annual plans.

Key areas of discussion included project achievements and challenges, donor and government reporting, next year’s annual plan preparation, proposal development, and fundraising updates and plans.

The meeting also outlined priorities for strengthened monitoring and follow-up, including monitoring of projects in Oromia and Benishangul-Gumuz, capacity-building activities and baseline assessment, as well as cross-monitoring of projects in the Amhara Region.

The meeting provided an important platform for project teams to share experiences, identify priority actions, strengthen coordination, and ensure effective implementation of FC’s ongoing programs.
