Facilitator for Change – Fifth Strategic Plan and Management (SPM) 2026–2030 Building a Better Future for Children Facilitator for Change (FC) presents its Fifth Strategic Plan and Management (SPM) for 2026–2030, providing a strategic framework to guide the organization’s programs, partnerships, resource mobilization, and organizational development over the next five years. Developed through a participatory and evidence-based process, the SPM reflects stakeholder consultations, contextual analysis, and lessons learned from FC’s experience. It responds to emerging challenges affecting children and communities while strengthening FC’s commitment to resilience, inclusion, sustainable development, and community empowerment. The plan sets out FC’s vision, mission, core values, strategic priorities, thematic interventions, implementation strategies, theory of change, monitoring and evaluation framework, risk mitigation measures, and governance structure. Through this five-year strategic direction, FC aims to expand its contribution to child safeguarding and quality education, women and youth empowerment, sustainable agriculture and livelihoods, land restoration, and humanitarian response and community resilience. By 2030, the plan targets meaningful improvements in the lives and resilience of children, families, and communities across its areas of intervention.
