From June 13–15, 2022, Facilitators for Change (FC) held its bi-annual meeting in Jimma Town. All project staff attended the meeting and each shared their good practices, lessons learned, challenges encountered and solutions used to address the challenges.

Similarly, all the projects have developed a second-half bi-annual action plan to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of project implementations. In 2022, FC has also started using improved accounting software to enhance its financial management. In line with this, all the project's adaptation levels to the improved accounting software were evaluated and directions were set for the way forwards.

The team also visited and shared some experiences from Jimma Agricultural Research Center to look for new and improved technologies released by the Research Center. The Research Center showed its commitment to working with FC to address smallholder farmers through its enhanced technologies to improve the livelihood of farmers.
